TEN KEY LESSONS LEARNED BY OBSERVING STATES OF BEING
All matter exists in various states.
The current state of an object defines that object at that time.
The state of an object is constantly changing and, therefore, temporary.
Observations of current states lead to more accurate predictions of future states.
Observations of consecutive states allow the observer to witness creation and destruction in action.
At a quantum, thought and emotional level, observation of an object’s state defines the state of that object to the observer.
Observation of people’s states allow the observer to judge them according to their states, rather than suspend them in isolated judgement.
Observation of a state leads to appreciation of the moment that state is in.
Appreciation of consecutive moments leads to appreciation of life as a state of being.
Appreciation of the moment and life as a state of being enables and reinforces the art of living in the moment.
